What will NOT happen.
A panel of “experts” will not parade their wares in front of you to tell you how to more effectively resource
your members to be the light of Christ in your community.
Rather, we will provide space for a conversation to discuss the ministry realities you face each and every day.
The meeting will look similar to the EFCA's K-Club or Team 500 meetings, if you have heard of those over the years.
The SED and EFCA leadership will provide the facilitation, but you, the participants, will drive the conversation.
Please prayerfully consider joining us for this time, and if you are able to come, an RSVP as early as possible
will help us serve you all the better. If you have any questions, please contact me by email.

Why Call it the Normal Church Network?
Basic statistics. The average church size in the EFCA is 225. The vast majority of churches in the world (and in the EFCA) are under that number in average weekly attendance. More is being done with less by these pastors than any others that I know. We want to celebrate the normal church pastor and encourage them to “not be weary” in their good work. The good work of daily marshaling God’s people to live ordinary Christian lives with extraordinary fruit bearing results.
